Part of the being a Maker is using your ideas and subsequent creations to be an agent for change. After listening to a podcast called LeadX, I complied a list of the most repeated ideas for the elements of an effective leader. To share my newly acquired knowledge, I challenged myself to be a Maker by creating a video using a new software called Powtoon.
